School Facilities Management And School Learning Effectiveness In Secondary Schools In Calabar-South LGA
Purpose of the Study
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the School facilities management and school learning effectiveness in secondary Schools in Calabar-south LGA. Specifically, the study hopes to:
- Investigate the extent school managers determine the relevant educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA.
- Find out the extent school managers procure educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA.
- Examine the extent school managers maintain educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA.
Research Questions
The following research questions guided the study.
- To what extent do school managers determine relevant educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA?
- To what extent do school managers procure educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA?
- To what extent do school managers maintain educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA?
Research Hypotheses
The following null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance.
- HO1: There is no significant difference between the mean opinion scores of school managers on the determination of relevant educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA.
- HO2: There is no significant difference between the mean opinion scores of school managers on the procurement of educational facilities required for academic improvement of public senior secondary schools in Calabar-south LGA.
