The term “committee” is often used to characterize groups that collaborate over time to complete a mission and then disband (e.g., cross-functional teams) or to describe a group that functions exclusively as a team, with the position of leader rotating (self-directed work teams). The term “Team” is often used to characterize groups that collaborate over time to complete a mission and then disband (e.g., cross-functional teams) or to describe a group that functions exclusively as a team, with the position of leader rotating (self-directed work teams).

Statement Of Problem

Every organisation, big or small, strives for competitiveness in order to gain success and retain a valuable reputation in today’s field of corporate contests, and it is the desire of companies to see the input they use (resources) and the production they produce. Workers in modern workplaces are often organized into teams so that groups of workers with similar expertise can cooperate and tackle challenges more effectively. Employers can weigh factors other than individual skills during the recruiting process, such as how well new employees would integrate into their current work teams. A variety of issues can arise in teams, impeding confidence and successful coordination. This research will aid in the development of a more systematic and modern approach to the management of individuals and their attributes, which will result in the long-term enhancement of the organization’s overall success and the resolution of performance issues.
